The Investment Banking Department assists corporations and governments in raising capital by underwriting and acting as the financial advisor in the issuance of equity and debt securities, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and corporate restructurings.
The Investment Banking Division is organized in two arms to provide these services:
Financial Advisory
This arm is responsible for advisory assignments including mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring, divestitures and spin-offs
Capital Markets
This arm undertakes the Firm's underwriting and issuances of all corporate capital raising transactions including equity products and corporate and sovereign debt instruments
